Nikon D3400

Nikon D3400 with SnapBridge Spanish version website for Latin America designed in Webflow

The challenge

Nikon is a Japanese multinational corporation better known for its cameras and lenses. Their new products feature the SnapBridge capability to establish a direct connection with a smartphone to transfer images that can be shared on social media.

The goal

Nikon requested a campaign to promote new products but the Nikon 3400 camera was the star product with support for SnapBridge. We were tasked with pieces for OOH in malls and an influencer campaign. The webpage was one of the most important tasks where all the information was available for the user.

The Concept

We followed the overall look and feel of the brand and its communications established through its guidelines but incorporated new visual cues to highlight the SnapBridge capabilities and camera features. Our intention was to enhance without diverting from what Nikon has had built in previous efforts.

The Process

Our task was to design a landing page for the launch of the Nikon 3400 in Latinoamerica. We also needed to communicate new features for this particular line, the SnapBridge. Nikon requested the page to fit inside the Nikon CMS platform; hence our design would not have navigation and footer sections. The landing page has many interactive and advanced elements. We accomplished this using modern tools for prototyping the layout of the page. We included custom-made carousel galleries and lightboxes to highlight the product images more attractively. We created also ads and a storyboard for a promotional video featuring the impact of the campaign in LATAM. The client was delighted with this product that was a vital part of a bigger campaign.

Conclusion

The custom webpage designed and developed for the Nikon D3400 camera launch in Latin America successfully met the client's objectives. It effectively showcased the camera's features, highlighting its image quality, user-friendliness, and long-lasting battery life. The SnapBridge integration was prominently featured, emphasizing its role in simplifying image sharing on social media networks.

The visually appealing layout, intuitive navigation, and engaging content provided an exceptional user experience. The webpage successfully communicated the key selling points of the camera, generating interest and driving conversions among the target audience.
